A booking is confirmed only after the advance payment is received. Until then, the date remains open for other clients.
Payments made for date blocking are non-refundable.
Delivery timelines may vary based on season, project complexity, and client response time.
Raw images and videos will be provided only if included in the chosen package. Additional charges may apply for raw file requests.
For outstation events, travel, food, and accommodation must be arranged by the client or will be charged separately.
Team size depends on the selected package. Smiley Media assigns crew members based on availability and project requirements.
Smiley Media retains full creative and editing rights. Final output will reflect our signature style and professional standards.
The client is responsible for coordinating venue access, rituals, and key family members to ensure complete coverage.
With prior client permission, selected photos/videos may be used for portfolio, website, and promotional purposes.
If the client reschedules, the new date is subject to availability. The advance is non-refundable but may be adjusted if possible.
In case of unavoidable circumstances (natural disasters, government restrictions, medical emergencies), Smiley Media may reschedule or provide alternate team support without liability.
Clients must select album photos within 30 days of receiving the online gallery. Delays may extend final album delivery.
All advance payments are non-refundable as they exclusively block the date and team for the client.
If the client cancels for any reason, the amount paid cannot be refunded. Rescheduling may be allowed subject to availability.
We will try to accommodate the new date. Additional charges may apply depending on location and season.
If revisions are required in the final output, we will provide reasonable corrections in line with our editing style.
In the rare event we are unable to provide service due to unavoidable reasons, we will offer a full refund or arrange an equally qualified alternate team.

To respond to enquiries, send quotations, schedule meetings, deliver albums/galleries, and improve our services. We never sell your data.
Only with internal team members and trusted third-party vendors (editors, album printers, delivery platforms like Pixieset/Google Drive) directly involved in your project.

We may showcase selected images/films in our portfolio and marketing only with your written consent. You may withdraw permission anytime.
You have the right to access, correct, delete your data, or withdraw media consent at any time.
